From bankruptcy to being sold for €95 million

Our team were responsible for putting together and running an external marketing department, employing and directing key personnel within the EMEA to fulfill the business and marketing objectives.

We implemented training programmes to improve existing skill sets, developed a brand new incentives-loyalty programme for sales staff across 15 countries and set up new distribution channels, managing and implementing the marketing strategy, producing and distributing all marketing communications, press and public relations material across Europe.

By creating and implementing a new tactical strategy, we were able to focus the creative across mixed media, and run campaigns simultaneously that were market and geographic specific, but still under a global brand position. The programme was so successful that the business was turned round from bankruptcy and eventually sold for €95 million.
