Successful engagement with stakeholders
After undergoing a competitive tender process, BAT was charged to run 5 events to stimulate discussion with the sport and the industry about the future of the motorsport industry and potential Government support.
We were responsible for delivering the programme in its entirety – from venue research and selection, pre-site visits, the development of overall branding for the conference series, production of collateral, mailing of invites and RSVPs, through to managing guest lists, overall venue and delegate management and post conference support.
We received excellent feedback from client and visitors alike, one delegate even announcing it was the ‘best event he had ever been to!’
